Well, the summer is here. I am done with my masters. And have no job. It is disappointing right now, but I am not lost on God's soverignty of this situation, as well as any other situation in the entire world. This has been a humbling time for me, with God revealing to me my sole reliance on him, and not my reliance on a relationship, on a basketball coaching job, or as a student. All of these things have been an identity for me, and I am glad that I have time this summer to be able to be in prayer about them.
I have been spending a ton of time doing job applications, and in that time, watching Fox News, as well as the Weather Channel. Watching the situation with illegal immigration between Arizona, California and Mexico has been interesting. I agree with the immigration bill and what Arizona has done to protect its citizens.
I will not go further into what I think about those who oppose the bill, but here is part of how I feel. It's a pretty funny video... Just look at the lesson taught to some of this country's top officials.
